1. Specialist (General)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all technical aspects of electric distribution systems to ensure compliance with IEC, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, and ISO standards
  • Design and maintain technical specifications for power distribution materials and processes
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance audits for power distribution equipment
  • Lead research initiatives to improve efficiency and sustainability of electrical systems
  • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for power distribution networks
  • Evaluate suppliers' technical capabilities and quality assurance processes
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and policy recommendations
  • Provide training on technical standards and quality assurance best practices

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (16-year education, HEC recognized)
  • Valid PEC license mandatory
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in national/multinational organizations
  • Preferred: Master's in Electrical Engineering or MBA
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
  • Key Skills:
    • Expertise in international power distribution standards
    • Strong technical report writing and analysis capabilities
    • Knowledge of power sector challenges and solutions
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills

2. Assistant Specialist (General)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing technical compliance for electric distribution systems
