📚 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class or Grade C) from a recognized university by Higher Education Commission (HEC)
• Computer literacy is mandatory

Age Limits:

• Lady Assistant Registrar:
  • Female: 21–30 years
  • +8 years general relaxation = up to 38 years
• Assistant Registrar:
  • Male: 21–30 years (5 years relaxation = 35 years)
  • Female: 21–30 years (8 years relaxation = 38 years)
  • Transgender: As per CNIC

🧠 Syllabus for Written Examination:

100 MCQs – 90 Minutes – 100 Marks

Subjects:

1. General Knowledge
2. Pakistan Studies
3. Current Affairs
4. Islamic Studies / Ethics (for Non-Muslims)
5. Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science

Note: Non-Muslims may opt for Ethics instead of Islamic Studies.

📌 Important Notes:

• Candidates must obtain 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate (200/400) to qualify.
• Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
