University Of Sindh / Entry Test Update
JAMSHORO: Sindh University conducts entrance test for admissions to MPhil and PhD programs
JAMSHORO: A total of 838 candidates participated in the entry test for admissions to various MPhil and PhD programs for the academic year 2025.
JAMSHORO: The entry test was conducted for 32 PhD and 37 MPhil programs.
JAMSHORO: Exam centers were set up at the Institute of Computer Science, Commerce, Physics, Business Administration, Faculty of Engineering & Technology and Pharmacy for the entry test.
JAMSHORO: The test commenced at 10:10 AM and lasted for one and a half hours, concluding at 11:40 AM, SU spokesperson
JAMSHORO: Excellent arrangements were made during the entry test for admissions to various MPhil and PhD programs, spokesperson
JAMSHORO: Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman Khoumbhati visited the examination centers at the Institute of Mathematics & Computer Science, Commerce and Physics.

PET-2025 MPhil/PhD test will be held on Sunday 23-Feb-2025 in the following centers:
Center-1–Institute of Commerce & Managment
Disciplines: Commerce, Business Administration, English Linguistics and the programms of Faculty of Pharmacy
Center-2–Institute of Physics
Disciplines: Physics, Botany and the programms of Faculty of Engineering Technology
Center-3–Institute of Mathematics & Computer Science
All the other disciplines

Section 1. English: 20%
(Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading Comprehension),
Section 2. Analytical Reasoning: 15%.
Section 3. Quantitative Reasoning: 15%,
Section 4. Subject Knowledge: 50%
